Spacious, yet cosy. Modern, yet quirky. New Quay location, but plenty of parking. Elevated position, yet on the edge of New Quay village. Sea views, mountain views and village views.

New Quay has to be one of the best kept secrets in Wales. It lies on the breathtaking West Coast of Wales and is at its heart a pretty fishing village. Yet it also has large sandy blue flag beaches, rich marine wildlife including bottlenosed dolphins for which it is famed, but also seals and harbour porpoises. This can be enjoyed either from the sea or the beautiful coastal path that stretches both North towards Aberaeron and South towards Llangrannog.

New Quay is small, beautiful and quiet, and yet there are numerous independent shops, pubs and restaurants offering a surprising variation and quality of food (particularly good for fresh fish obviously).

3 Bathrooms

All bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Downstairs WC and shower room, plus spacious family bathroom with bath and WC and en-suite shower room with WC.

4 Bedrooms

The four bedrooms consist of 2 doubles (one with en-suite), one full sized bunk room and one downstairs twin room, whihc combined with the additional downstairs bathroom can be useful for anyone finding stair mobility difficult.

Outside Space

There is plenty of outside space around the cottage within the grounds, so much so that there are choices of alfresco eating areas.

Decked Terrace

The large decked terrace offers spectacular views from what is almost a cliff edge. The area is sheltered and benefits from sun throughout the day and therefore perfect for outdoor lounging or dining.

Reviews

We have just returned from a lovely stay in this beautiful house overlooking the whole of New Quay. The weather was stormy but this didn’t spoil our stay since the view over looking the whole of the stormy bay was fantastic, and what does one expect in West Wales in November. We would love to return in summer to take advantage of the outdoor space and being able to have meals on the deck. The house had lovely decor and looked to be newly furnished. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved exploring the house and it had everything she needed. (Review from Ownersdirect Site).

Arriving on a dark, rainy, windy evening to this little gem of a cottage, welcoming and lovely and warm , thanks to the owners. With a keen eye on design and style the cottage was imaculate and had everything for adults and children alike. Awaking to this amazing view was a highlight every morning.plenty of things to see and do in the area, our favorite was Caffi Patio on one of the nearly surfing beaches. We would be thrilled to come again , maybe in the summer but would recommend this little jewel to everyone,thank you Pierre . (Review from Ownersdirect website listing).

We were looking for a convenient bolthole for a February half term break and happened across this absolute gem. It’s located in an elevated and imposing spot overlooking Cardigan Bay, offering breathtaking views as far as Snowdonia on a clear day. It is within walking distance of the centre of New Quay. The house is very comfortable and homely, fully kitted out, very tastefully furnished and couldn’t have been a better match for what we needed. We will certainly recommend this superb find to our friends and will without question return in future. You won’t be disappointed.
